This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes what is and isn't allowed when using deals.clearanceexplorer.com (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Profit Lounge LLC, the parent company of the Clearance Explorer brand. By using the Service you agree to this policy. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

You may use the Service to:

• Browse and share deals for personal, household, or gift purchases
• Submit genuine deals you've found at retailers
• Like and save deals for future reference

The following are not allowed:

• Fake or misleading deals — Submitting deals with incorrect prices, expired links, or fabricated discounts.
• Spam — Submitting the same deal repeatedly, flooding the feed, or posting promotional content you are compensated to post without disclosure.
• Scraping or automated access — Using bots, crawlers, or scripts to access or extract content from the Service without written permission.
• Abuse or harassment — Using the Service to transmit harmful, hateful, threatening, or illegal content.
• Impersonation — Impersonating any retailer, brand, or Clearance Explorer staff.
• Unauthorized access — Attempting to access accounts, systems, or infrastructure you are not authorized to use.

We may remove content, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that violate this policy, at our discretion and without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before taking permanent action when the violation is not severe.

We may update this AUP at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
